Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations before July 25, 2025
Cancellations requested before 11:59 pm ET on July 25, 2025, are eligible for a full refund less than a $75 USD processing fee.  

Cancellations between July 26 – September 4
Cancellations requested between 12:01 am ET on July 26, 2025, and 11:59 pm ET on September 4, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 USD processing fee. 
 
Cancellations after September 4
Except in the case of extenuating circumstances, the Society will not issue cancellation refunds for in-person or virtual registrations, or other ticketed events submitted after 11:59 pm ET on September 4, 2025. 

• A death in the family 
• Personal injury or personal sudden illness 
• Acts of God, war, pandemics, or government-mandated travel restrictions 

Cancellations requested for other reasons will be reviewed by the Endocrine Society to determine eligibility for full or partial refunds.  Cancellation requests submitted after September 4, 2025, will be reviewed and processed after EBR which is scheduled for September 5 - 7, 2025. All cancellation requests must be submitted by September 4, 2025, and must be accompanied by a detailed explanation. No refund will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after September 4, 2025. 

EBR Transfer and Exchange Policies

Registration transfers are not permitted at EBR. Registrants may instead submit a cancellation request in accordance with the EBR Cancellation and Refund policies.
